Your designs

+
Add your designs PNG, JPEG or iPhone HEIC. Add as many as you like, then set the printed size for each one. Transparent PNG gives the cleanest result, because anything else prints its background.

The sheet

0"
Your sheet lands here Add a design and we nest it onto 22 inch film, tell you the smallest sheet that fits, and show you exactly how much film you are paying for.
Nest tight Least film. Pieces sit wherever they fit, so cutting them apart takes longer.
Cut ready Straight rows. One clean cut across the roll per row, then snip between pieces.

Upload a print-ready sheet

Send us the file exactly as you want it printed. We do not resize, recolor or rearrange anything.
Drop-in
Already buying film somewhere else? We print on the same 22 inch standard, so send us the exact file you send them. No resizing, no new template, no rework.
+
Add your print-ready file PNG, JPEG or HEIC at 300 DPI, up to 22 inches wide. Split a long sheet into parts if your software cannot export it in one piece.

Your order

How do you want it?

UPS Ground, one to three days across the Northwest. Your sheets go out in a rigid tube, never folded into a mailer, so they arrive without a crease you have to press around.

Your details

We only use your email and phone for order updates, and to reach you if there is a question about your artwork.
Specs

Everything you need before you press

No guessing and no support ticket. Here is how our film behaves and exactly what we need from your files.

Press settings

Always test one piece first. These are a starting point, not a guarantee.
Temp
305 to 315°F152 to 157°C
Time
12 to 15 seconds
Pressure
Medium to firm
Peel
Hot or coldOur film peels either way. Give it a couple of seconds, then pull in one steady motion.
Second press
About 12 secondsUnder parchment or a teflon sheet, firm pressure. Improves wash durability and softness, and knocks back the sheen.
Not sticking?
Add 15°F and repressKeep stepping up in 15° increments until it releases cleanly.
Settings are subject to change and outcomes vary. Every press runs a little different, and so does every film batch and every garment. Run one piece before you commit a job. If something looks off, call us before you press the run. We would rather talk it through than have you lose a stack of garments.

Artwork requirements

Format
PNG, JPEG or HEICTransparent PNG prints cleanest. PDF, AI, EPS and PSD by email for now.
Resolution
300 DPI at printed sizeWe warn you below 300 and refuse under 150
Sheet width
22 inchesThe industry standard, so files built for anyone else drop straight in
Sheet length
2 to 30 feetLonger runs by phone
Color
RGB, sRGB or Adobe RGBWe handle the conversion to the printer
Detail
Keep strokes above 0.02 inHalf a millimeter. Finer than that may not transfer cleanly.
Max file
40 MB per file
White is printed as ink, not left as a gap, so white and light art works on dark garments and you do not need to build an underbase. The same thing is why a background prints: JPEG and iPhone photos cannot be transparent, so their background presses on as a solid rectangle. We take them anyway, show you exactly how it will look on a dark swatch, and ask you to confirm before you pay.

When it lands

Print time plus real UPS Ground transit from Redmond. Pickup skips the transit entirely.
Questions

Straight answers

Do the transfers come cut apart?
No, your sheet comes rolled and you cut it. That is deliberate, and it is part of why the price is what it is. To make it painless, the builder has a Cut ready layout that lines everything up in straight rows, so you lay a straightedge across the roll and make one cut per row instead of picking around a jigsaw. It usually costs nothing extra, and the page tells you if it does.
How long does an order actually take?
Two business days for pickup, and often sooner. We would rather under promise and hand it to you early than miss a date you built a deadline around. If you are in a bind, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can beat it.
Do you ship?
What if my artwork is low resolution?
The page checks it as you set the size and shows you the DPI live. Under 300 we warn you and ask you to accept it before ordering, because it will print soft. Under 150 we will not print it at all. Making the design smaller raises its DPI, which is often the whole fix.
Do I have to fill the whole sheet?
No, and we will tell you when you have not. You pay for the sheet, not the ink, so unused film is money you already spent. The builder shows how much you have left and how much it is worth, and it will offer you a smaller sheet if your art fits one. Filling the space costs you nothing extra.
What file types can I send?
PNG, JPEG, and iPhone HEIC. Drop them straight in, including photos taken on a phone. We convert everything to a print-ready PNG in your browser, rotate it the right way up, and strip the location data out of phone photos before anything is uploaded.

One thing worth understanding. DTF prints white as ink rather than leaving it as a gap, which is what lets light artwork work on dark garments. It also means any background in your file gets printed. JPEG and HEIC cannot store transparency at all, so a logo on a white background presses onto the shirt as a solid white rectangle.

We do not silently print that. Anything without transparency is flagged, shown against a dark swatch so you can see exactly what will come off the press, and you have to confirm it before paying. If you want the background gone, send a transparent PNG.
Can I send a file I already had made somewhere else?
Yes. We print on the same 22 inch standard everyone uses, so a print-ready gang sheet built for another supplier works here with no rework. Use the Upload print-ready tab and we print it exactly as sent.
What garments will these press onto?
Cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas and most poly-blend performance wear. DTF is far more forgiving than screen print or vinyl on mixed fabrics. If you are working with something unusual, ask us before you order a large run.
Does someone actually look at my file?
Yes. Our staff looks at every sheet before it goes on the machine, and if something looks wrong we get ahold of you rather than printing the mistake and charging you for it. That is the part a national supplier cannot do.
Do you do standing weekly orders?
We do, and we would rather set that up than have you reorder from scratch every week. Call 541-516-0469 and we will work out a schedule and pricing that fits your volume.
