Manage your store

Everything about your BrandLab online store lives in one dashboard: orders as they come in, tracking as they ship, your profit as it builds, and the products and prices you offer.

The dashboard runs on our fulfillment platform, so the sign-in screen you land on carries our platform partner's name. That is expected. Sign in with the email address we invited, and you are back in your store. Tip: the link in your original invite email opens a sign-in page with our branding on it and goes straight to your store, so that one is worth bookmarking too.

What you can do there
  • See every order, its status, and the tracking number once it ships.
  • Watch your profit build and see what is queued for your next payout.
  • Download a monthly statement for your books.
  • Change prices, rearrange products, and update your store banner and messages.
  • Request a replacement on any order, with photos.
First time signing in?
  1. Find the invitation email we sent when your store was set up. It has a link that creates your login.
  2. Cannot find it? Click Reset password on the sign-in screen and use the same email address we have on file.
  3. Still stuck? Send us a note and we will resend the invite the same day.
Getting paid

Your profit pays out on the first Monday of every month by direct deposit, for any balance of $100 or more. Balances under $100 roll forward and pay out the first month they reach $100. The running total is always on your dashboard.
